Job Description
You will be a partner to our client and the respective stakeholders to deliver effective course management services towards achieving their operational objectives. You will carry out your responsibility and efficiently.

Pre-Course

. Liaise with Course Coordinator/Business Development team on class schedule

. Course run/intake creation in training management system & publish course on website

Course Registration

. Monitor enrolment and provide weekly update

. Verify and follow up on applicants minimum entry requirements and documents

. Liaise with applicants/companies on course registration matters including payment matters

Course Confirmation

. Send confirmation email to applicants and billing for company sponsored applicants

Course Preparation

. Upload timetable in training management system

. Liaise with Course Coordinator on course notes and other course logistics

Post-Course

. Ensure attendance and assessment results are updated in training management system

. Check all payment has been received

. Notify learners on their results and trigger cert issuance in training management system

Course Cancellation

. Update course status in training management system and inform course coordinator/trainer on the cancellation

Requirements
. ITE Certificate holder or higher or with relevant working experience.

. Have good English proficiency.

. Good Communication skills are required to liaise closely with Trainers.

. Possesses basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills.

. Team player.

WFO - Dover, M-F: 8.30am - 6.00pm
1-year contract
