Play a key role in supporting the development of Singapore's future medical professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy administration, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Provide administrative and operational support for Residency programmes, courses, and resident engagement activities.
Manage residents laptop administration, including insurance claim processing and record maintenance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Programme Coordinators to support departmental events and initiatives.
Prepare and send event invitations, track RSVPs, and compile attendance records.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, event materials, banners, corporate gifts, and collaterals.
Collect and consolidate post-event feedback and prepare summary reports.
Design simple publicity materials such as e-banners, signages, and posters when required.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the replenishment of event materials and corporate gifts.
Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects and outreach activities.
Diploma from a recognised Polytechnic or equivalent (A-Level holders are welcome to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Resourceful, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
