Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the team in managing training registration process
  • Conduct due diligence check or review on potential trainees
  • Communication and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders
  • Generating weekly report and send to relevant team members
  • Assist and prepare documents for grant claim submission
  • Support onsite workshops when required
  • Assist in any other projects administrations

Skill Requirements

  • Digitally savvy - Competent using online tools/platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams ,Google Workspace & Microsoft Office suite
  • Good interpersonal skills, great team player and reliable
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Observant and pay great attention to detail

Academic Requirements

  • Minimum ITE or Diploma holder from a locally recognised institution

Years of Experience

  • Minimum one (1) year full-time working experiences (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome

Eligibility

  • Applicable to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residences only

Working Arrangements

  • Mondays to Fridays: 9am - 6pm (12 - 2pm lunch break)
  • Flexi-work arrangement
  • Mainly work from home except for onsite workshops (est. once a month)

Remuneration

  • Basic salary (inclusive of Employee CPF) of $2,000 - $2,500 (commensurates according to experience)

Additional Information:

  • Role Type - 6 months full-time contract renewable based on business needs
