Program Test Manager

Must Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing with minimum 5 years in Test Management roles
• Strong experience in Core Banking platforms, preferably Silverlake
• Hands-on experience managing SIT, UAT, Regression testing
• Experience in banking domains – CASA, Loans, Payments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing large distributed teams
• Knowledge of defect management and test lifecycle tools (JIRA, ALM)

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with other core banking platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Flexcube)
• Automation testing exposure (Selenium, Tosca)
• Understanding of APIs and microservices
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Certifications such as ISTQB, PMP
• Experience in digital banking transformations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategy, plan, and governance
• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle across projects
• Lead SIT, UAT, Regression testing cycles
• Coordinate with business, IT, and vendors
• Track defects and ensure timely resolution
• Provide status reporting, risk assessment and mitigation
• Drive test automation and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards
