Program & Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in sales/program management/business development, preferably in contract manufacturing or automation/robotics.
• Proven sales record with strong account management skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
• Background in manufacturing or engineering services is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility - Project Management (60-80%) and secondary Sales (20%)
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.
• Achieve sales targets and drive profitability.
• Provide accurate forecasts and market analysis.
• Lead customer interactions (presentations, tours, technical discussions).
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain promotional and corporate materials.
• Foster strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure documentation and quality standards (QMS) compliance.
