Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large, complex tech projects and programs with focus on delivery and governance.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution against scope, timeline, and budget.
- Provide strategic direction while maintaining attention to detail and strong analytical review of project risks and issues.
- Apply and adapt different project methodologies to suit business needs.
- Collaborate across teams and work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities and resolve challenges.
- Prepare clear, structured reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation on tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint.
- Produce professional PowerPoint presentations for project updates and executive reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience managing large and complex projects/programs.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects successfully.
- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven stakeholder management experience.
- Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-changing environments.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
