Axis Communications is looking for a strategic and creative Academy Program & Project Lead to provide quality education and training to our partners and customers in APAC, and to develop and elevate the Axis Academy experience across the whole region.
The Academy Program & Project Lead, APAC, plays a key role in positioning Axis Academy as a strategic engine for partner and customer enablement. In a channel-driven business, ensuring our partners are educated and certified across Axis products, solutions, and technologies is essential for competitiveness and market success.
Axis Academy in APAC delivers online courses, classroom training, webinars, and digital modules—training over 5,000 customers annually.
Reporting to the APAC Partner Marketing function, this role drives the planning, management, and execution of Academy programs across the region.
The role leads curriculum strategy, learning paths, program rollout, user experience, governance, and performance measurement—ensuring fast time-to-market, consistent branding, and high-quality content that strengthens partner capability, loyalty, and revenue impact. It also supports sales, regional trainers, and marketing teams by providing a unified and scalable educational offering.
We are looking for a self-starter who can navigate complexity, solve business challenges proactively, collaborate effectively across functions, and deliver results that contribute to APAC's growth ambitions.
This is an individual contributor role, and requires a professional who excels at cross-functional coordination and can lead programs and campaigns that scale across the region.

Who are we looking for:
Background and experience:
Strong Learning & Enablement Experience (L&D / Academy / Training)
· 5–10 years in Learning & Development, Partner Enablement, Technical Training, or Education Program Management.
· Experience managing learning portfolios, certification programs, learning paths, and LMS platforms.
Experience in Channel or B2B Technology Environments
· Ideally from IT/security/AV/networking/cloud industries.
· Understanding of a channel ecosystem and how training drives partner capability, loyalty, and revenue.
Proven Program & Change Management Capability
· Has led multi-market or regional programs—preferably across APAC.
· Skilled in rolling out frameworks, toolkits, policies, and change initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

· Capable of reviewing, shaping, and improving course content (even without being a trainer).
· Understands adult learning principles, blended learning, and digital education trends.
Data-Driven Mindset
· Comfortable envisioning dashboards, measuring KPIs, and using data to improve Academy effectiveness.
· Familiarity with Salesforce/Pardot/LMS reporting is ideal.
Operational Excellence
· Strong on process optimisation, automation, documentation, and work smarter ways of working.
· Ability to resolve backend issues and manage vendors.
Leadership, Communication & Influencer
· Strong influencing and communications skills
· Clear communicator who can articulate the value of Academy to partners, sales teams, and stakeholders.
· Strong writing skills for messaging, course updates, and internal alignment.
