Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Operations, Program Management or Consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex talent data, generate insights, and inform decision-making through dashboards, reports, or presentations.
- High sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and wear many hats on a daily basis.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Intellectual horsepower combined with the ability to listen, understand, analyze, synthesize, and propose solutions.
- Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data & insights and program management experience in recruitment space in the Tech industry would be preferred.
