Responsibilities
Setup a new refurnishment / repair center project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Identify project resources, create project schedules, and establish project budgets.
Lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and track project progress, and implement necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Develop project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Identify and manage project financial risks, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards. Monitor project progress against quality metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality outcomes.
Identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans.
Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and other relevant parties.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a project manager, managing projects from initiation to completion with prior experience in prior experience in Refurnishment / Repair Center or electronics assembly plant setup projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience in budgeting, financial management, and risk management
Willingness to travel to Johor on a regular basis
