Program Manager/Project Manager (Desktop Refresh)
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Program Manager with deep experience leading large-scale enterprise desktop refresh and end-user computing (EUC) transformation programs across complex global environments.
This role will take strategic ownership of multi-year device lifecycle programs, driving modernization of the enterprise desktop estate across multiple regions. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Security, End-User Computing, Procurement, and Business stakeholders while partnering closely with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
The position requires a leader who can translate enterprise technology strategy into scalable deployment programs, manage significant budgets, and drive adoption across business units in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead and govern large-scale enterprise desktop refresh programs spanning multiple regions and business units.
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for device lifecycle management, including refresh cadence, standardisation, and modernization initiatives.
- Translate enterprise technology strategy into scalable deployment programs and operational frameworks.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary interface to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders for program updates, risk management, and strategic alignment.
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations, board-level updates, and program dashboards.
- Align business leadership, technology teams, and vendors to ensure enterprise-wide adoption.
Financial & Portfolio Management
- Own multi-million dollar program budgets, including CapEx/OpEx forecasting, financial governance, and cost optimization strategies.
- Manage hardware lifecycle budgeting, asset capitalization, vendor contracts, and financial reporting.
- Develop long-term financial and technology roadmaps for endpoint lifecycle management.
Delivery & Governance
- Oversee end-to-end refresh lifecycle including procurement, build/imaging strategy, application compatibility, deployment waves, migration, and decommissioning.
- Establish program governance structures, including risk management, compliance oversight, and delivery frameworks.
- Drive regional rollout strategies across APAC offices, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead large cross-functional teams including EUC engineering, infrastructure, security, service management, procurement, and external vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships including hardware providers, deployment partners, and managed service vendors.
- Coordinate geographically distributed teams and large-scale deployment operations.
Operational Excellence
- Implement best practices in device lifecycle management, endpoint security, and asset governance.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, and endpoint management frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement across deployment efficiency, automation, and user experience.
Required Experience
- 8-12+ years of IT Project / Program Management experience, preferably within enterprise infrastructure or End-User Computing (EUC) environments.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale desktop or laptop refresh programs (5,000+ endpoints preferred).
- Experience leading regional or global enterprise deployment programs across complex organizations.
- Strong experience managing large program budgets, financial governance, and vendor contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of device lifecycle management, endpoint security, and enterprise desktop architecture.
- Familiarity with enterprise project and portfolio management tools such as Clarity, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience within investment banking or financial services technology environments strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities managing distributed teams across multiple geographies.
