Program Manager (Precision machining)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address risks or issues.

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.

• Act as the main point of contact for all project communications with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

• Build strong relationships and drive alignment to support project and business objectives.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

• Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and compliance requirements.

• Monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and provide regular financial updates to senior management.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to Sales Director and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge and network in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical industries.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
