Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Program Manager (PMO), you will lead the planning and execution of quality improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities include project coordination, resource planning, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication. You will also oversee the alignment of projects with the objectives of the organization and promote adherence to Total Quality Management principles. Collaboration with diverse teams and problem-solving to ensure project success will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Project management and organizational skills, including experience in scheduling, task prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities to effectively guide cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in stakeholder communication, report preparation, and performance tracking
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in projects effectively
  • Familiarity with TQM principles and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
  • Experience working in hybrid work environments, with the ability to self-manage and adapt
