Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Keep accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and change requests, ensuring accessibility and organization. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through process enhancements and sharing best practices within the organization. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing sector, with evidence of managerial responsibilities. Strong knowledge and network in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical markets. Proven leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams, inspiring members to achieve project objectives. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
