We're looking for an organized and strategic Program Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure programs are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership and project management skills in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects within a program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Track program progress, KPIs, and budgets.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate updates, issues, and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
