Job Responsibilities
- Own and drive the successful execution of the Core Banking program for Asia Pacific.
- Manage program scope, budget, resources, timelines, and deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management at all organizational levels—global, regional, and country.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and objectives.
- Oversee vendor engagement and management, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Establish and enforce robust program governance.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with executive stakeholders and regional leadership.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements are factored into program planning and execution.

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Deep expertise in program management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
- Strong track record of delivering transformation programs in financial services, especially core banking.
- Experience managing geographically and culturally diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Asia Pacific banking regulatory and business contexts is an advantage.
Key Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent program/project management certification desirable.
