Job Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the successful execution of the Core Banking program for Asia Pacific.
  • Manage program scope, budget, resources, timelines, and deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management at all organizational levels—global, regional, and country.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones and objectives.
  • Oversee vendor engagement and management, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Establish and enforce robust program governance.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication with executive stakeholders and regional leadership.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements are factored into program planning and execution.

Job Requirements


Experience Requirements

  • Deep expertise in program management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
  • Strong track record of delivering transformation programs in financial services, especially core banking.
  • Experience managing geographically and culturally diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Asia Pacific banking regulatory and business contexts is an advantage.

Key Skills And Qualifications


  • Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Certifications

PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent program/project management certification desirable.
