Job Responsibilities
- Direct Support to Sales Manager & Team
- Partner closely with the APJ Sales Manager to operationalize strategy, manage execution, and improve team performance.
- Manage weekly sales rhythms (WBR's, MBR's, QBR's, pipeline reviews, team meetings).
- Improve SDR and AE productivity through optimized workflows, tools, and processes.
- Act as the glue between sales and internal teams to remove blockers and enhance alignment.
- Sales Process & Efficiency Improvements
- Map, audit, and improve end-to-end sales processes (lead flow, qualification, handoff, pipeline progression).
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive process re-designs.
- Lead change-management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
- Standardize APJ-wide sales motions and ensure consistent execution across the team.
- Sales Program Management
- Design and launch regional programs to boost pipeline generation, lead conversion, and account penetration.
- Ownership of outreach cadences, qualification frameworks, playbooks, and sales motions.
- Work with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, run initiatives, and track performance.
- Data, Insights & Reporting
- Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion metrics, seller productivity, and campaign impact.
- Work with BI Analyst to design sales dashboards and reports for the Sales Manager and leadership.
- Support forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning for the SDR and AE teams.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with Marketing on lead routing, event-driven campaigns, and pipeline acceleration.
- Partner with RevOps on CRM improvements, tooling, data hygiene, and system alignment.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions to relay customer feedback and align on product updates.
- Align with Sales Enablement and Training Specialist on training strategies, sales execution improvement process.
Required Qualifications
- 47+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Programs, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong experience enabling SDR and/or AE sales teams.
- Able to translate problems into processes and drive measurable improvements.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Competent in CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and analytics platforms.
- Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- APJ experience supporting multiple countries.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, enterprise tech, or high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of lead management, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
