Program Manager

We are hiring for a Program Manager on a 1-year extendable contract role, and a candidate that aligns well with an execution-focused Program Coordinator / Business Analyst position within Supply Chain Operations and extensive experience with NPI.

Candidate has strong experience coordinating IT systems projects, including requirements gathering, design support, documentation, QA/UAT coordination, defect tracking, and change enablement across WMS, TMS, and ERP environments.

Background shows consistent involvement in day-to-day execution tasks tracking actions, maintaining schedules and RAID items, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring follow-through with IT and operations teams rather than independently owning programs. From a stakeholder and operating-model standpoint, he has worked extensively in multi-region environments, coordinating with Singapore-based leads and US/APAC teams across time zones. He brings solid business analysis capability, including process mapping, data flow understanding, interface coordination, and preparation of operational reports and status updates for stakeholders. Overall, he appears well suited for a time-bound, 1-year project role that requires hands-on coordination, strong documentation, and reliable execution support for supply-chain IT delivery under the direction of a responsible lead.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT systems projects by gathering and documenting detailed requirements to support design and development within WMS, TMS, and ERP environments
• Facilitate QA and UAT testing cycles by organizing test schedules, tracking defects, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain project quality standards
• Manage change enablement processes across supply chain IT systems to support smooth transitions and minimize operational disruptions
• Track and maintain action items, schedules, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time
• Collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders, including Singapore-based leads and US/APAC teams, to align project execution across multiple time zones
• Conduct process mapping and analyze data flows to identify opportunities for operational improvements and support system integration efforts
• Prepare and deliver operational reports and status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making throughout project lifecycle
• Support day-to-day execution tasks by liaising between IT and operations teams to facilitate issue resolution and maintain project momentum
