Program Manager - Data

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee end-to-end delivery of data programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to define requirements and priorities.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Execution & Delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years in data-related initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
