Key Responsibilities

1. Migration & Cutover Planning

  • Define phased migration strategy.
  • Coordinate parallel run execution.
  • Track reconciliation and defect leakage.
  • Lead cutover rehearsal planning.

2. Delivery Governance

  • Maintain integrated program plan.
  • Track SIT/UAT milestones.
  • Monitor defect backlog.
  • Enforce release discipline.

3. Data & Reconciliation Oversight

  • Monitor migration variance thresholds.
  • Coordinate validation sign-offs.
  • Escalate material reconciliation issues.

4. Business Continuity Protection

  • Ensure underwriting productivity during transition.
  • Coordinate claims continuity.
  • Track operational backlog post-go-live.

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • 10-15 years in reinsurance/ insurance program delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in core replacement execution.
  • Experience managing parallel run and data migration.
  • Strong issue escalation discipline.
  • Project Management Certifications like PMP/ PRINCE2.
  • Should have exposure to Reinsurance Underwriter in the past.
  • Experience in high-risk system cutovers.
  • Successful and proven implementation of at least 1 Core replacement in Insurance/ Reinsurance industry.
  • Reinsurance experience strongly preferred.
