My client is a global investment firm is looking for a Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across technology and business teams, ensuring flawless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multi-disciplinary teams
- Remove roadblocks and proactively resolve issues and bottlenecks
- Act as the glue between Engineering, QA, Quant, Platform, and Business Units
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently
- Align delivery outcomes with strategic business goals and customer needs
- Champion Agile – facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
- Manage risks and escalate critical issues with urgency and clarity
- Implement KPIs and metrics to drive team efficiency and accountability.
- Manage key stakeholders in the firm.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 15-20 years experience in project or delivery management, ideally in tech or financial services
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines
