Program Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale network refresh program across APAC, managing the replacement of end-of-life network devices. This is a senior, highly visible role requiring someone who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, drive delivery with urgency, and keep a large program on track across multiple teams and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for the APAC network refresh initiative
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders across multiple technical domains
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate early with clear mitigation plans
• Own program planning, lead time management, and dependency tracking across all workstreams
• Drive stakeholder alignment across challenging, senior, and cross-functional audiences
• Produce clear, concise, and timely executive-level communications and reporting

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience running large, complex programs in fast-paced environments, preferably across APAC
• Background in infrastructure or networking with the ability to understand and communicate high-level technical concepts with credibility
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior and difficult stakeholders
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly executive-level email and reporting
• Highly proactive with a strong track record of identifying and managing risks and dependencies ahead of time
• Strong planning skills with the ability to manage lead times and keep multiple workstreams on track simultaneously
• Executive presence: confident, composed, and credible in senior forums
