Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager, AI Transformation for a leading global technology organization. This role will support the APAC Policy function as the team adopts AI-powered tools and transitions toward more AI-enabled ways of working.

This is an internal-facing role focused on driving the rollout, adoption, and improvement of AI tools across non-technical teams. You will work closely with APAC stakeholders, global product teams, and engineering partners to ensure AI solutions solve real workflow challenges and are successfully embedded into daily operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong program manager with technical fluency — someone who can understand user pain points, translate them into clear product or technical requirements, partner effectively with engineering teams, and drive adoption across regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Program Management

  • Drive end-to-end rollout of AI-powered tools and workflows across APAC teams
  • Own program roadmaps, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans
  • Identify blockers early and work cross-functionally to resolve them
  • Translate non-technical business needs into structured technical requirements
  • Coordinate with global product, engineering, and regional business stakeholders

AI Adoption & Change Management

  • Drive adoption of AI tools across non-technical teams
  • Identify barriers to adoption, such as usability issues, bugs, training gaps, or resistance to change
  • Develop practical solutions including training materials, playbooks, enablement sessions, and 1:1 user support
  • Help teams integrate AI tools into their daily workflows
  • Track usage, adoption metrics, and productivity impact

Product Feedback & Improvement

  • Gather feedback from end users on AI tools and workflows
  • Identify bugs, usability challenges, feature gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Convert user feedback into clear product requirements and prioritization inputs
  • Partner with global product and engineering teams to improve tool performance and user experience

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Policy, Operations, Legal, and other non-engineering teams to understand workflows and pain points
  • Act as the bridge between non-technical users and technical teams
  • Facilitate feedback loops between APAC users and global stakeholders
  • Support regional execution of global AI initiatives

Regional Execution

  • Adapt global AI tools and strategies for APAC-specific needs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for AI transformation initiatives in APAC
  • Identify and drive region-specific automation opportunities

What You'll Be Working On

In this role, you can expect to spend your time engaging with stakeholders to understand workflows, diagnosing why AI tools are underutilized, gathering feedback, working with global teams on improvements, running adoption initiatives, and reporting on usage and impact.

You will work with approximately 70% APAC stakeholders and 30% US/global partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role
  • Experience driving cross-functional programs from planning through delivery
  • Familiarity with AI or LLM tools, such as prompt engineering, workflow automation, or productivity tools
  • Basic proficiency in Python or a similar language; comfortable reading and understanding code
  • Strong ability to translate user needs into structured requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience driving adoption, enablement, or behavior change across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with non-engineering teams such as Policy, Legal, Operations, Risk, Trust & Safety, or similar functions
  • Knowledge of agent-based systems, RAG, AI workflow orchestration, or automation tools
  • Background in organizational transformation, change management, or internal tool adoption
  • Experience working across APAC and/or global teams
  • Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript
  • Ability to debug simple issues or make small changes independently
  • GitHub, portfolio, or project examples showcasing AI-related work

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who combines structured program management with curiosity and hands-on technical fluency. You should be comfortable working in ambiguity, engaging with non-technical users, identifying workflow gaps, and partnering with product and engineering teams to turn feedback into practical improvements.

This role would suit someone who has experience in AI transformation, AI tool adoption, workflow automation, product operations, technical project management, or change management within a fast-paced global environment.

We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be shortlisted.
