Role:
The Program Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑stream programs involving Featurespace POC and rollout for the client. This role is responsible for being primary client-facing interface, managing cross‑functional workstreams and ensuring delivery outcomes align with client objectives.
The on-site PM is responsible for client-facing program orchestration of the POC & full-scale rollout -owning governance reporting, communication, delivery cadence, and cross-team coordination across Featurespace, and third parties-ensuring structured execution, stakeholder alignment, and successful project delivery (POC & full-scale roll-out) enable the delivery teams to focus on timely and quality outcomes.
Program Leadership & Delivery
Program orchestration and cross-team coordination of large‑scale, multi‑phase programs involving Featurespace deployments (POC & full-scale implementation)
Oversee delivery of Featurespace implementations, including onboarding, configuration, model tuning, and go‑live support
Own end‑to‑end program governance, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence. Act as the primary client-facing interface and provide a clear escalation and coordination point for queries, clarifications and follow-ups. Ensure the client has a predictable engagement rhythm (early emphasis on high touch, then optimisation)
Coordinate multiple project teams from client and third-party to ensure integrated, on‑schedule delivery of program outcomes
Ensure deployments meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements from client perspective
Manage program budgets, resource planning, and vendor dependencies to ensure optimal cost and delivery efficiency
Implement program governance frameworks, delivery playbooks, and best practices across fraud technology initiatives
Contribute to internal capability building, knowledge sharing, and delivery methodology evolution
Required Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in program or senior project management within fintech, payments, banking, or financial crime technology
Proven track record managing large, complex, technology‑driven programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Good understanding of fraud, AML, or financial crime ecosystems within financial institutions
Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including coordinating product roadmaps and release cycles
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working with data‑driven or machine‑learning platforms is strongly preferred
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments across APAC markets
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect technical delivery to business outcomes
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus
