Morgan McKinley is hiring for a Program Manager for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Responsibilities:
- General Program management: manage project timelines, define milestones, track and report progress, identify risks, and resolve impediments.
- Work with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and QA to ensure successful program delivery.
- Be the primary communication interface for complex programs that span across multiple engineering organizations.
- Drive roadmap planning and prioritization processes.
- Facilitate effective communication among management, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure aligned goals and clear project visibility.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in program management in technology industry.
- Hands-on program management and delivery experience
- Ability to prepare detailed project timelines, define key milestones, and track progress
- Familiarity with effective roadmap planning and the ability to prioritize based on project demands
- Strong communication skills to articulate project progress and challenges to various stakeholders
