Job Descriptions:
Programme Operations and Logistics Management
- Oversee operations and logistics of programme execution, including procurement and inventory management of programme materials, venue arrangements, and resources needed for smooth execution.
- Maintain proper records for procurement, budgeting, and resource utilization.
Programme Monitoring and Evaluation
- Establish registration, attendance tracking, and feedback mechanisms for programmes and events.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
Volunteer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and volunteers to ensure smooth programme execution and seamless communication.
- Gather and manage feedback from stakeholders (patients, caregivers, volunteers, and clinical team) to enhance programme effectiveness.
- Conduct outreach to engage potential stakeholders from other Charities and community partners for potential collaborations and resource-sharing.
Administrative Support for Social Service Functions
- Work closely with the Social Service team to support the administrative and operational aspects of social service functions, such as supporting patients admission process, case management, documentation, appointment scheduling and logistic arrangements.
- Support social workers in home visits and engagement efforts to connect patients with resources, where necessary.
- Provide programme-related inputs to ensure alignment with patients care plans.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Passionate about patient care and community service, empathetic and culturally sensitive in working with diverse patient groups.
- Experience in social service or healthcare settings is an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively and adapt to evolving needs in a start-up environment
