Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for precision engineering programs
- Collaborate with NPI, manufacturing, QA, and cross-functional teams resolve technical and logistical challenges
- Provide engineering support including feasibility studies, prototyping, manufacturability review, and risk assessment
- Ensure adherence to strict precision, quality, testing, validation, and tolerance standards
- Serve as main contact for stakeholders prepare and present progress updates, documentation, and risk reports
Job Requirements
- Min Bachelor's in Mechanical / Precision Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of program or project engineering experience in precision engineering or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of precision manufacturing, CNC, CAD/CAM, measurement tools experience with engineering/project software is an advantage
- Good problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills familiarity with ISO standards and advanced manufacturing is a plus
