Job Description

Role Summary:

The EOL Remediation Coordinator will support APAC region in driving end-of-life (EOL) remediation initiatives. The role focuses on tracking remediation progress, engaging with Application Owners (AOs), and coordinating with global AIT owners and NPT teams to ensure timely closure of EOL items and accurate reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up with Application Owners (AOs) to obtain remediation plans, timelines, and justifications for outstanding EOL items
  • Identify and prioritise quick-win remediation opportunities to accelerate EOL reduction
  • Track and manage EOL remediation progress across products, platforms, and LOBs
  • Coordinate with Global AIT owners, NPT teams, and infrastructure teams to drive remediation actions
  • Ensure accurate documentation of remediation status, dependencies, and risks
  • Prepare and publish weekly/monthly EOL remediation reports for senior management
  • Monitor ageing EOL items and escalate delays or risks appropriately
  • Validate remediation updates and ensure alignment with reporting systems and dashboards
  • Support data analysis for EOL trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Liaise with US team for product related queries, it may involve late evening calls/meetings and email responses.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of EOL lifecycle, remediation processes, and infrastructure environments
  • Experience working with application teams, infrastructure teams, and global stakeholders
  • Strong tracking and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards)
  • Ability to manage large datasets and provide clear status insights
  • Strong communication skills with ability to follow up and drive accountability
  • Basic knowledge of server platforms (Windows, Linux, VMware) and enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)

Desired Skills

  • Experience in banking or regulated environments
  • Knowledge of tools such as Tanium, BMC TrueSight, CMDB, or similar tracking systems
  • Exposure to EOL remediation, vulnerability management, or patching programmes
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams
