Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries, delivering timely and professional responses across multiple communication channels
Maintain and manage the database to support accurate outreach, engagement tracking, and relationship management
Plan and execute local and overseas engagement activities, and manage presence across social media platforms and the corporate website
Curate and feature community success stories while continuously enhancing programmes through surveys, focus groups, and innovative ideas
Monitor and evaluate engagement outcomes, prepare reports, and benchmark initiatives against industry best practices
Manage budgets for all engagement activities and partner with internal teams, including Career Services, to connect members with relevant opportunities and lifelong learning initiatives
