• Monitor the delivery of contracts, programs, or projects to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with Delivery Leads to develop project plans, timelines, and estimates.
• Manage workload effectively to ensure an equitable distribution of responsibilities.
• Utilize metrics and status reporting to assess delivery performance and quality.
• Facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders to manage expectations and accountability.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Service Delivery.
• Intermediate proficiency in Business Operation Management.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
• Associate Degree/College Diploma in relevant field of studies.
