Program Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Architect to serve as the Overall Lead for AAI (Artificial Intelligence Augmentation) Architecture with a focus on the Knowledge Layer. In this role, you will define and deliver scalable, high-performance architecture solutions for our AI-driven platforms and products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive key technical decisions, and mentor team members while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

. Architecture Leadership - Design and implement end-to-end AAI architecture for the Knowledge Layer, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.

. Solution Design - Define and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, and engagements, addressing performance, capability, and scalability needs.

. Stakeholder Engagement - Facilitate workshops, discussions, and reviews to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business and technical stakeholders.

. Cross-Team Collaboration - Engage with multiple teams (Engineering, Data Science, Product) to drive unified architectural decisions and resolve complex, multi-team challenges.

. Innovation & Optimization - Continuously evaluate and improve existing architecture frameworks to enhance efficiency and performance.

. Mentorship & Guidance - Lead, mentor, and upskill team members in best practices for technology architecture.

. Industry Trends - Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and trends to drive innovation in AAI and knowledge representation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced Proficiency in:

. Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)

. Operational Architecture (scalability, reliability, observability)

. Applications & Technology Architecture (microservices, cloud-native design, APIs)

. AI/ML & Knowledge Representation (ontologies, knowledge graphs, NLP)

. Proven Experience in designing large-scale, distributed systems (preferably AI/ML-driven platforms).

. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.

. Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of solving cross-team architectural challenges.

. Experience in mentoring teams and setting architectural best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience with enterprise knowledge management systems (e.g., semantic layers, graph databases).

. Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment (MLOps, LLM orchestration).

. Background in data architecture (data lakes, warehouses, ETL pipelines).
