Program & Partnerships Director (Singapore)

A leading global organisation operating at the intersection of finance, business and education is appointing a Country Head to lead its market engagement and partnership-led programmes. This is a senior, externally focused leadership role offering strong visibility, autonomy and ownership of the Singapore mandate, well suited to a leader stepping into a first country or market head role within a globally respected organisation. This is not a sales or revenue-targeted position; success is driven by industry engagement and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale our Singapore presence by translating global priorities into high-impact local strategies. You will analyze and segment senior finance and professional communities to design distinctive engagement and development programs tailored to specific career stages.

Reporting to the Regional Business Leader, you will manage a lean local team to build trusted partnerships with senior finance leaders and employers. As the primary brand ambassador in Singapore, you will represent the organization at senior forums, building credibility and influence across the professional services ecosystem.

Requirements

This role is suited to a senior professional with strong credibility across the finance and professional services ecosystem, ideally with early Big 4 training or exposure to the accounting or professional qualifications environment. You bring a proven track record in market-facing, partnership-led leadership roles and are comfortable operating in a lean, hands-on environment. Relationship-driven and confident acting as a visible brand ambassador, you are effective at delivering outcomes through influence rather than scale.
