ProfessionalSupport - Legal & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

Ensurethat client due diligence actions are completed properly and accurately incompliance with regulatory and internal requirements, following up with thelawyers as appropriate

• Advisingon KYC and AML/CFT issues including relevant sanctions
• Reviewand retention of KYC documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory andinternal requirements
• ReviewAML rules and regulations and relevant sanctions to ensure that the firm'spractices remain up to date
• Reportto supervisor and assist generally in legal & compliance functions wherenecessary

Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegree in law, finance or economics
• Minimum2 years experience in a law firm or financial sector
• Knowledgeof relevant laws and regulations on AML, beneficial ownership structures,company formation documents, entity types, high or special risk factors
• Logicaland analytical thinking skills
• An independent worker with good inter-personal skills who will be working in ateam-oriented environment
