You will be responsible for
- Deliver PS engagements in accordance with Check Point Professional Services standards
- Provide security consultancy to some of Check Point's largest customers.
- Provide integration and implementation services of Check Point's High-End products in complex networking environments
- Provide Technical Account Management duties with key accounts as required.
- Provide product training and workshops to customers if required.
- Developing Methods of Procedures (MOP) and Low-Level designs (LLD) to meet customers criteria
- Developing test plans and testing new features and products before deploying them in production
- Trouble-shooting Check Point products when required
- Work in collaboration with sales, R&D, TAC and other Check Point teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act in the best interest of the company at all times
What you bring to the table
- Open to Singaporean Only
- 5 - 13 years of experience with IP based networks, network design, and security products
- Experience with several different operating systems: Linux, and Unix- based
- Extensive troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with Check Point products
- Strong TCP/IP understanding and knowledge of debugging Check Point products
- Customer oriented and post-sales experience with direct face to face service.
- Experience with providing training is an advantage
