PROFESSIONAL HEAD COACH

BG Tampines Rovers FC is seeking an experienced and qualified Professional Head Coach to lead our first team in the Singapore Premier League.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct all first team training sessions

- Develop and implement match strategies and tactics

- Manage and mentor coaching staff and players

- Represent the club in press conferences and media engagements

- Work closely with the technical director and management on player development

Requirements:

- AFC Pro Diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a head coach at professional level

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience working in Southeast Asia is an advantage
