About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Central Trading team. This role ensures seamless, around-the-clock supervision of trading activities and operational processes, playing a critical part in risk management and trade oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live trading activity and execute hedging actions as needed.
- Oversee profit and loss, and ensure accurate post-execution analysis.
- Supervise the operational lifecycle of trades and respond promptly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support global quantitative strategies and incident response processes.
- Develop tools and scripts to automate and streamline monitoring and booking workflows, enhancing team efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in trading operations, risk, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python; familiarity with KDB/Q is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
