Production Technician

Work location: 15 Joo Koon Circle

Company bus pickup point: Boon Lay, Choa Chu Kang, Joo Koon, Pioneer, Woodlands, Jurong East

Shift pattern: 2-2-3, rotating day/night, 7 to 715

Job Summary:

In this role, you will perform production process to deliver daily target and conduct training to enhance team's competency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

. Must be certified in all 3 levels of products with full to deliver quality products.

. Execute production activities according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety and quality requirements

. Escalate safety hazards and potential safety risks via See-Do-Say submissions

. Perform quality check and escalate any abnormality findings to Production Lead, Sr. Production Lead, Production Supervisor

. Carry out material system transactions accurately

. Carry out training activities and work closely with Training Lead in certifying team members

. Perform 1st level trouble shooting, follow and execute OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan) procedures effectively

. Suggest, participate and support Kaizen projects or any continuous improvement activities in the line

. Escalate and provide feedback whenever there is an abnormality occurrence in the line

Key Requirements:

• Technical Certificate with 2 to 3 years of work experience.

• Able to perform 12 hours shift work

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and/or Must be able to stand for long hours

• Able to strictly adhere with all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy

• Support and contribute to Lean Six Sigma (LSS) programs and activities towards delivery of the set target

• Able to comply with the company's safety and quality policy at all times

• GMP/GDP Compliance and Application for all work processes, Job-related SOI/WIs, as assigned in Learning Management System (LMS)

• Demonstrate communication and training skills desired in a role

• Minimum height requirement of 1.65m to carry out daily machine operations and procedures
