What You'll Do
As a Production Technician, you will support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Operating production machinery and manufacturing processes
- Troubleshooting equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Performing preventive maintenance activities including cleaning, servicing, and replacement of components
- Monitoring, recording, and maintaining machine and process parameters
- Conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Managing and containing non-conforming products in accordance with quality standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and production projects
- Maintaining accurate production, material, waste, and downtime records within MES systems
- Performing material handling activities including packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading
- Conducting visual inspections using microscopes and inspection equipment
- Ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and quality requirements
Who We're Looking For
- Secondary School, N-Level, O-Level, SPM, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma qualification
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing cleanroom and/or production environment
- Able to commit to a permanent Day Shift or permanent Night Shift
- Able to stand for extended periods during work activities
- Manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
