- Responsible for batching and the operational aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor day to day activities on the production floor, analyses workflows, and troubleshoots issues to minimize downtime.
- To ensure that production targets are within the specified time and quality parameters.
- Focused on optimizing productivity, implementing process improvements and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Help maintain the balance between productivity, cost-effectiveness and quality in the manufacturing environment.
- Operate the production/process according to SOPs and safety requirements.
- Able to pinpoint performance trends and support strategic adjustments to the production plan
- Monitor process parameters, equipment condition and product quality.
- Identify and report abnormalities (Process Deviation, equipment issues, quality defects)
- Perform troubleshooting and support production changeovers .
- Record production data and support continuous improvement activities.
- Assist in mixing of chemical and chemical powder
- Assist in loading, unloading, packing etc.
- Take a sampling for analysis of products and process evaluation.
- Take measures to improve production status and equipment performance on productivity and quality.
- Report all incidents, near misses, deviation from plan and take part in further investigation when required.
- Provide support for maintenance group /quality control group, if any problem arises.
- Experienced in production/Process operation experienced in chemical production environment.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and be a problem solver.
- An effective team player with good communication.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- No aircon and candidates must be physically fit and be able to carry up to 25kg
