Production Technician (Shift / Chemical / West)

Responsibilities:

• Transferring raw material to store and from store to production as per manufacturing process
• Preparation equipment and raw material as per manufacturing process
• Charging of raw material using pump or manually into vessel/reactors as per manufacturing process
• Monitor process and equipment during operation
• Packing of the product into specified container using hose, diaphragm pump and filtering
• Transferring of product from production area to WIP area
• Sampling checking
• Cleaning of process equipment and disposal of waste chemical
• Perform monthly equipment maintenance
• Follow safety instruction and wear recommended PPE

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Chemical engineering or Mechanical equivalent.
• Possess basic knowledge of maintenance, chemical engineering and analytical procedures.
• Able to work shift in a fast paced environment.

Other details:

• Monday to Friday (day & night shift)
• OT be given
• Transport pickup available
