About the Role
We are looking for a Production Technician to join our semiconductor manufacturing team in a high-tech cleanroom environment. You will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring equipment stability, and maintaining high-quality output standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor machine performance and analyze equipment utilization to support production efficiency
- Ensure smooth operation of assigned workstations and maintain production output targets
- Work closely with Equipment Engineers to improve tool availability and minimize downtime
- Perform basic troubleshooting and support preventive maintenance activities when required
- Follow strict safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols at all times
- Identify and escalate equipment abnormalities or process deviations promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production operations
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification / experience
- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts in a cleanroom environment
- Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Good team player with strong communication andproblem-solving skills
