Your tasks
- Interpret and follow assembly work instructions, schematic diagrams and technical specifications
- Maintain production procedures, work instructions and build documentations
- Perform wiring, cabling and mechanical assembly
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning and Quality functions to resolve production issues
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Perform testing, calibration and quality control checks on equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Manage non-conformance, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Management of incoming materials and outgoing finished goods, including material kitting, stock count etc.
- Ensure adherence to WHS policies and safe working practices
- Ensure 5S and proper housekeeping
Your Qualifications
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or production
- Strong hands-on skills in mechanical, electronic, assembly and testing
- Knowledge in using hand tools and equipment for assembly tasks
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to details and the ability to work meticulously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
