Production Technician

Tasks:

• Interpret andfollow assembly work instructions, schematic diagrams and technicalspecifications
• Maintain production procedures, work instructions andbuild documentations
• Perform wiring, cabling and mechanical assembly
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning and Qualityfunctions to resolve production issues
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment toensure optimal operation
• Perform testing, calibration and quality control checks onequipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Manage non-conformance, root cause analysis and correctiveactions
• Management of incoming materials and outgoing finishedgoods, including material kitting, stock count etc.
• Ensure adherence to WHS policies and safe workingpractices
• Ensure 5S and proper housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or production
• Strong hands-on skills in mechanical, electronic, assemblyand testing
• Knowledge in using hand tools and equipment for assemblytasks
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and theability to work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to details and the ability to work meticulously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
