Production Technician (Microscope) | 5-Day Work Week | Tai Seng

About the Role

We are seeking a Production Technician to support precision assembly and inspection work in a cleanroom environment. This role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented and prefer a stable weekday schedule. Structured training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and assembly of small components using a microscope

• Handle basic tools such as tweezers and inspection equipment

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements

• Work in a cleanroom environment with proper safety protocols

• Support team operations to meet production targets

Training & Development

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering or related fields

• Candidates from other technical backgrounds are welcome to apply

• Comfortable with hands-on and detailed work

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Willing to undergo a company-arranged eye check
