Production Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet output and quality targets
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments according to production requirements
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic maintenance and repairs
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
• Record production data, downtime, and defects accurately
• Support implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and yield
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Assist engineers in testing, validation, and new process implementation
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards on the production floor

Job Requirements:

. NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field)

. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

. Hands-on experience with machinery and troubleshooting

. Basic knowledge of PLC or automation systems is an advantage

. Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions

. Willing to work shifts and support overtime (if required)
