Production Technician

Job Description:

. Performs product conversion, machine & process set-up per production order / requirement

. Operates the machine & performs in-process inspection during production

. Ensures quality product is manufactured on schedule to fulfil customer's requirement

. Assist the Engineer in performing equipment maintenance, process trouble-shooting

. Responsible for equipment repair & maintenance when required

. Ensures good housekeeping & proper segregation of wastes

. Responsible in helping the organization conserve energy & resources

. To comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Policies & procedures of the company

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma / ITE in Engineering

- Experience in using measuring equipment

- Experience in operating production machinery

- Willing to work in clean room environment and put on ESD jump suit and shoe

- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, mass production in cleanroom environment, preferably in Semi-con / Electronics industry

- Able to handle maintenance & repair tools

Working Conditions:

- Must be willing to perform Night Shift (3/4/4/3)

- Willing to work in clean room environment and put on ESD jump suit and shoes

- Night Shift working hours: 8pm to 8am (3 to 4 working days a week as schedule on Shift Roster)

- Day Shift working hours: 8am to 8pm (3 to 4 working days a week as schedule on Shift Roster)

- On the Job Training: 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working hours:

12 hours Shift work (Night shift - 8pm to 8am)
