Job Description

Responsibilities:

To ensure smooth production operation with production report
To specialise in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis
Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality
To check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done
To assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist
To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield

Requirement

Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering field.
1-2 years in stamping / spring production or manufacturing industry.
Must have experiences in operating Autospring & Multislde machines.
Able to interpret technical drawings.
Experience in troubleshooting, analytical & problem-solving skills and application of SPC tools.
A team player.
