Production Technician / Assembly Engineer

We are seeking multiple Production Technicians / Associate Engineers to support manufacturing operations in a structured and technology-driven production environment. This role is suitable for candidates with technical education backgrounds who are looking to grow their hands-on engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test mechatronics assemblies based on standard work instructions and procedures

• Gather measurement data independently and perform self-verification checks

• Perform semi-complex troubleshooting, debugging, and basic repair works

• Conduct performance testing independently

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and productivity

• Guide team members on assigned line activities when required

• Support product line training as assigned

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Work Schedule (Fixed Shift - Choose One)

• Morning Shift: 6:45AM - 3:15PM

• Noon Shift: 2:45PM - 11:15PM (+ $10 shift allowance per day)

• Night Shift: 10:45PM - 7:15AM (+ $15 shift allowance per day)

Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturday

Salary & Benefits

• $2,200 - $2,800

• 14 days Annual Leave

• 1 Month Completion Bonus

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field

• Comfortable working in a production environment

• Able to work independently and in a team
