Perform on-site generator set inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
Diagnose generator failures, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions to customers
Prepare field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting reports
Execute scheduled maintenance plans for assigned customers
Support generator set assembly activities including wiring, painting, electrical testing, and final inspection
Handle lifting and installation of generator set parts and components safely
Carry out daily machinery inspection and basic equipment maintenance report abnormalities to supervisor
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PDCA)
Comply strictly with workplace safety requirements, including PPE usage and electrical standards
Maintain good housekeeping, tool condition, and safe use of lifting equipment
Requirements:
ITEC or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or equivalent (preferred). At least 1 year of experience in machinery assembly, generator testing, or gas/diesel engine work (preferred).
Basic understanding of diesel/gas engines, generators, and electrical wiring.
Experience in overseas after-sales service or on-site technical support is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts or overhead cranes capable of heavy lifting and working in varied environments.
Knowledge of workplace safety, health, and environmental practices (metalworking preferred)
Willing to work night shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Willing to travel to support project, service, and customer operational requirements.
