Job Description:
- Pack fragrances, cosmetic ingredients and mint products with minimal supervision and wastage.
- Labelling and documentation for finished products.
- Handle raw materials inventory, sample collection for quality testing and packing of finished goods / raw materials as instructed by Shift Leader.
- Perform cleaning of mixed vessels and cleaning-in-process (CIP) for fixed tanks
- Ensure all unused production materials returned to designated location
- Practice proper housekeeping in accordance with standard guidelines
- Ensure all necessary safety measures are taken when driving electric stacker in production area
- Report production issue such as haziness, colour change, drum leaking in the process of manufacturing
- Implement the concept of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), philosophy of Total Production Management (TPM) and as well as ISO standards in production area.
