Production Techinician (Semiconductor)

• Basic salary up to $3,000/month
• West | Transport provided
• AWS + Performance Bonus
• 14 days Annual Leave
• 5-day work week | 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Cleanroom experience (Must)

Job Responsibilities

. Perform wafer and die-level testing, including die sorting

. Operate probe stations for semiconductor testing

. Conduct IC inspection and analyze test data

. Assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated equipment

. Ensure product quality by following standard operating procedures

. Support engineers in troubleshooting and system improvement

. Document testing procedures and results accurately

. Maintain cleanliness and order by adhering to 6S and cleanroom standards

Requirements

. Prior cleanroom experience is required

. Knowledge of wafers and integrated circuits (ICs) is an advantage

. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a controlled environment

. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fabrication (Fab) environment

. Strong hands-on skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude
